Pros
The culture here truly does stand above your average company. It's a more human place to work. People are less corporate and considerably more sociable and positive than what I've experienced at other companies.
Cons
iCIMS was acquired by a private equity firm about a year ago and I'd be concerned that their lofty profit driven ambitions will deteriorate the companies best assets.
