During my interview I was told I would be hired for the field I went to school for. Instead they placed as a sales team member. Never got a commission for any of my sales. Sometimes Paychecks would be late. Owner also would change customers Terms and Agreement Contract after the customer signed it without letting them know so the customers couldn't find a loop hole to cancel. Also had an illegal phone dialer (not sure if they use it anymore). When I told them how it was illegal, I got the answer "Well...Other companies are using it and we haven't seen anyone get in trouble yet." Couldn't work over 36 hours a week. Asked a number of times for Health Benefits, Management dragged their feet and I never received it.
