I will be very specific with the Pros of the company. 1. Healthy work culture 2. Timely salary 3. Over time payments 4. Performance pay every month ( Sometimes even 30% of your basic ) 5. Employee of the month and year 6. Air Conditioned, well furnished Office 7. Celebrations like birthdays etc 8. Job opportunity at small town with global exposure 9. Lot of career progression opportunity 10. All types of leaves including festive leaves, casual leaves, privilege leaves and sick leaves.
Cons
Every good things come with some cons. I will certainly mention those for future employees to look after before joining. 1. Lots of Work diversity: iB Arts works with several technologies. So we are asked to work with several technologies. SO if you love to be a comfort loving person this is not a place for you as you will need to learn new things regularly. 2. Punctuality: The management is a little strict about your punctuality. Although they understand about emergencies but if you are a regular defaulter, this is not a place for you.
