Pros

Day to day interactions with coworkers are fine. You'll get Jewish holidays off.

Cons

Highly unethical management/owners. Your job title will be vastly different than what you end up doing. Connection to the owner is valued more than ability which leads to unqualified people in positions of authority. They lay off at the drop of a hat with no warning and no compensation. Yearly raises aren't a thing. The way they calculate days off is too complicated so you might have your paycheck docked when you think you still have time off.

Pros

Good work experience, you may get to work with a lot of well known brands. Nice office.

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to unrealistic expectations. You’ll be expected to take on far more responsibilities than outlined in your job description. Instead of hiring more staff, they tend to offload work onto you, creating an overwhelming workload until you eventually burn out and leave. The owner is very controlling, and his sons, who are all your coworkers, display a sense of entitlement and laziness. You only get certain Jewish holidays off, American national holidays are not really recognized. No work life balance. You will never get a bonus or raise no matter how many years you have put in.
