The company had a history of supporting nonprofits, might not be the case today. There is an effort to show the company is into nonprofits but this is a little misleading

If you are personally liked and feed the egos of management, you will succeed. If you care about your career and put in the work, that is not enough. If you bring good ideas, questions or suggestions for improvement, you will be shut down or your ideas will be taken along with the credit. The lack of accountability and basic human resource considerations is shocking. Management is a pro at manipulation and prefer to promote employees who can affirm their narrative.

The Vancouver office is small, driven by an entrepreneurial team that truly cares about the non-profits they serve. There are opportunities for career growth and constant avenues for learning. I like that we can be agile in our decision making. The recent acquisition by Deluxe has introduced an exciting time for the company and its employees.

Plenty of opportunity, not enough time. Resources are being added but challenging to stay ahead of the need.
