      Pros

      Great place to work. It was a hometown feel. The management was great. I had a very flexible schedule that worked with my kids. I enjoyed the job.

      Cons

      I only worked 12 hours a week so it was hard some times to remember how to do everything. When people Came in to do Iras and things like that it wasn't very common. A training book would have been nice

      Pros

      Support. No matter what level you are is an avenue for you to receive the help you need. Excellent networking.

      Cons

      Product offering is the downfall on this company. With current products the company would be able to compete better with bigger companies

      The people are awesome . They were the best part of they job. The loyalty that was shown was incredible.

      Cons

      Upper management has a lot to learn. They believed they knew what to do in every situation and did not want to listen to people actually doing the job.
