1. Good working environment 2. You will get a chance to work on variety of technology. 3. Your work will be recognised and appreciated. 4. Better learning as a fresher. 5. No politics as such. 6. Increments are good. 7. Seniors and boss are very helpful. 8. Flexible timings. 9. Product based company. 10. You will never be free wasting your time by doing nothing. 11. Less amount of people thus better interaction.
Cons
1. No major cons. 2. It is not a con but if you are someone looking for easy and monotonous job then it's not for you. There will be many challanges and you have to figure out a way of overcoming them. 3. No formal training again it's not a con but if you are someone who rely on someone else teaching you concepts and technology then again it's not for you. You will mostly be teaching yourself on your own. 4. No fancy parties or free time that you generally see in big MNCs. There will be parties time to time but don't expect full week days celebrations or so.
