Pros
None unless you see ripping off young graduates by paying them low and profiting the difference … which I do not!
Cons
If you want to work at a company that rips off young graduates by underpaying them and overcharging schools then this is the company for you. Echo the review about this being a toxic environment where at interview you’re told it’s a like everyone is “a family” which you soon realise to mean a “toxic family” whereby everyone is out for themselves due to the environment created by the toxic head of family (CEO). Due to the CEO having no recruitment experience he sets unrealistic expectations leading to a high turnover of staff. There are no training opportunities and if a recruiter struggles to get their cold desk going, they will be fired as the CEO is unable to offer any guidance due to their own lack of experience. Almost all people leave within a year of working there which speaks volumes. Senior consultants enjoy telling tales to the CEO to win favour as he creates a toxic environment. Basically tied to a desk for the day and no flexibility, people watch if you leave your desk a few minutes longer than allowed at lunch for example. The business never grows and remains at circa ten employees. If you want to develop your career and grow then don’t go here.
