      No pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Worked at i-Showcase for over 2 years. Bad pay, intellectually punishing work, and a management staff that, at best, could be described as Ari Gold-ian in their incompetence, delusion, and borderline morals.

      Fancy office building, convenient location.

      Cons

      The boss is owner/manager and has zero regard for his employees. He yells at them, belittles them, embarrasses them daily. He's prone to angry outbursts and is completely unprofessional. I never saw him show up to a meeting on time and would often leave both internal and external stakeholders waiting for him.
