      Terrible place to work - PHP Developer i-Showcase Employee Review

      Pros

      One of the only good things about this company is some of the coworkers are pretty cool people and sometimes there is coffee available.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Demeaning attitude from the bosses at times. The “office” is 20 people shoved in 2 tiny rooms. It’s in a shopping center above a liquor store. There was no option to work remotely. The benefits are literally the worst I’ve ever been offered. Very loose coding standard which lead to files that were thousands of lines long.

      Pros

      Fancy office building, convenient location.

      Cons

      The boss is owner/manager and has zero regard for his employees. He yells at them, belittles them, embarrasses them daily. He's prone to angry outbursts and is completely unprofessional. I never saw him show up to a meeting on time and would often leave both internal and external stakeholders waiting for him.
