Cons
Leadership at this company often demonstrates a lack of respect for employees and disregards differing viewpoints. Despite years of dedication and strong performance, hard work frequently goes unrecognized, and employees are treated as disposable. Favoritism appears to be prevalent, with promotions seemingly based more on personal connections than merit. A notable example is a recent promotion in the Western region, where an individual with no recorded sales in a business development role was elevated to a managerial position. Micromanagement is deeply ingrained in the culture, with excessive daily reporting requirements that detract from effective selling time. Throughout my career, I have never experienced such a lack of respect. After escalating concerns via multiple emails to a VP, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Don’t waste my time and never send me an email with an email string.” The inconsistency between public messaging and private actions by leadership is disheartening. The overall culture at i-PRO feels toxic and emotionally damaging, with a leadership team that appears humble in group settings but shows little genuine concern for employee well-being.
