Pros
Fun atmosphere depending on the store. Justin wants to be ambitious, and when I started he used to come into the stores all the time. But with so many locations, he's lost touch with some of the store employees
Cons
Poor training, supposed to be 6 weeks for management but most people are pulled out and thrown into store - HIGH VERY HIGH turnover - Benefits aren't all that great, no real sick time or vacation, Some PTO but it's like puling teeth to actually get off -60-65 hour work week (good for overtime but not for a social life) - They fire upper level management almost monthly. There isn't much loyalty to the people who started at the beginning with the company - Constant growing pains after being opened for 5 years - The company is growing too fast for the employees - Corporate thinks they know everything but never comes into the stores to actually see how things are run. what works and what actually doesn't work - they say they promote from within, but that is very rare. Some of my employees had been there years, cross trained, made promises to be promoted and still aren't - low balling certain employee pay. I paid my services managers over $12.... but some kitchen managers are being paid the same amount. - They fire people whenever they want for upper management.
