We have read your comment carefully, and glad that you have seen the potential of the team you were working with and were happy about your colleagues. Indeed, I also agree with the fact that people are the most crucial element of what makes homify special. Creating a good working environment is one of our biggest goals, and it is a shame that you didn't feel this way. Like it happens in many start-ups, we realize the need of a development in management level especially when they are also young in the start-up scene, hence with recognition to your point we are starting to launch workshops covering various topics from management skills to leadership values. Thank you very much again for your feedback, and we definitely take some notes and lessons out of it.
