Business outlook
Pros
Working with young children in a fun environment, across multiple centres. You can choose your hours, and the curriculum is all available for you to choose to perform. It's set up to give you the most success possible and it's achieving that for me. Your supervisors and directors contact you remotely, if you enjoy working independently this is a great job. Training is paid for as you get up to speed across the whole year.
Cons
You are on your own, so if you aren't comfortable carrying the role independently it could be a struggle. There is a lot to learn to be a music educator and presenter, but past that hurdle, it's incredibly rewarding.
