Pros
The only reason is that it is a German based Company. For starters good place to work at. For proffessionals, you better do not work here. Poor Management in overall. And the Sales managment for helpline is realy more than poor.
Cons
Control everywhere. Managemnt does thing they know everything about the software market, but haven´t work for any other Software Vendor before. The only thing Managment knows about , is helpLine.
