Pros
harmon.ie is a small company with extremely long tenure amongst the employees, thus it felt like a 2nd family to me during my 5 years employment. There are very few politics within the organization and everyone has an open-door policy from the CEO down and across. It is very easy to "get stuff done" in this environment. As a salesperson, I always felt very well supported by the entire company. The company is also very customer-focused which is also good for a salesperson. Customer satisfaction is very high! The company culture is very supportive of a work-life balance, and senior management genuinely cares about the well-being of every employee and their families. The benefits are amazing, better than what most large organizations offer in the United States.
Cons
Because it is a small company, everyone is very much an individual contributor and extremely important in their role. As such, this is not the kind of company where there is a "corporate ladder" to climb, and there is not much opportunity for growth in responsibility if that is something you are looking for.
