Good pay, free lunches, get to see the acts playing for free, work isn’t too strenuous other than being on your feet all day and the travelling. Make friends with new people
Cons
Shifts being cancelled unexpectedly, trying to confirm shifts by calling them means you’re on hold for sometimes over an hour. Can get sent home half way through your shift losing out on hours.
