Pros
Flexibility. Work whenever you want. Packed food(sandwich, water, crisps and bar of chocolate)
Cons
No care for the staff. Managers are very rude. You get thrown around bar to bar. You get. Most of the time they don't tell you they have food for you. Bad management with the break times, sometimes you just started and they send you to a short break. They can end your shift anytime. You get nothing for free at the bad nor even a discount, I don't mean alcoholic drinks, you definitely won't get that for free. Money is not great. And you're not allowed to accept tips.
