Pros
Remote work and a flexible schedule. Some smart and kind colleagues
Cons
Your experience here is dependent on two things, who you are paired with and if you can take belittling feedback if and when you make a mistake ( any mistake ). If you are not absolutely perfect this is not the place for you, you will be labeled as a problem the second you make any mistake (from a grammatical error to writing out a form in a way a person didn't like, etc.). Perfection is demanded at all times. This may be the most toxic place I've ever worked at. Upper managment will not address a problem brought to them until it is too late and you've already found a new job. Just don't do it. There are other remote jobs that have a more human touch. It is not worth the stress.
