You will be hired, then suddenly fired when they loose a contract.
Unprofessional managers.
No training to teach new employees.
No standards or processes to guide existing employees.
They hire the cheapest employees they can find to do a job, regardless of their lack of skill or experience. This results in poor quality work.
They wont show you how to do a job the right way. Sink or swim on your own.
Negative culture. People are afraid to share their skills with you because they want to have value when the next round of layoff's comes.
They start projects late, and then surprisingly find themselves behind schedule.
They only get the worst jobs that other firms don't want to do.
They underbid the work and then cut corners hoping the customer won't notice.
They bid on work they don't know how to do and don't create a plan to get the work done.
They pass responsibility on to lower level employees and then hold them accountable for failure, even though they were never prepared for success in the first place.
They cheap out on resources, no reference manuals can be found in the office.
They blame and fire the working class while management continues to bring in the big salaries.
No accountability at the top.
The inner circle of the company (VP's on up) make the real money while the regular employees make nearly nothing. The ones a the bottom take on all the accountability and responsibility and earn none of the rewards.
Awful 401k plan.
Good luck on getting that bonus.
