Their "Campus mentality/Institute of higher employment" is a complete lie. They have no desire to want to improve working condition. Favouritism - if you don't fit you are pushed aside. Bullying tactics MD has no actual experience of running an events business. Poor financial outlook - 18.5m turnover, 50k pre-tax profit.
