      Pros

      Being in an outlet location, we receive new shipment every day-which is really nice being in Nashville because the guest love newness!

      Cons

      The pay scale for any member of team is below the retail average in my opinion. Driving culture within the store is the best way to retain top talent.. but sometimes that is not enough when it comes to the volume and location of our boutique..

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
