Pros
Discount of 30% is pretty good but could be better....my pay as an ABM was okay (more than average but not enough for someone with a Bachelors degree). Nice merchandise, employee appreciation day was great!!...60% off everything.
Cons
No work/life balance, expected to put the job 1st so there was very little flexibility which made it hard to make plans for anything. Visuals are lacking...no clear guidelines and the leadership in that area is not properly qualified to set guidelines. Favoritism is a frequent occurrence, especially in the flagship location. Not enough hours given to those who were hitting sales goals. No encouragement or opportunity to grow in your career beyond the sales floor to the home office. Once you are in the store you are pretty much stuck. No PTO days are given unless you are the BMR or higher, bonuses for key holders were recently taken away... Company seems very confused as far as the direction they are going.
