Pros
Ability to have more control over the store than most other retail companies. No floor sets or planograms to follow. You have the chance to be really creative especially if you enjoy fashion. 50% discount on merchandise.
Cons
Long hours. Really long. Expect to work 50 hours minimum. The pay isn't very good considering how much work it is and "bonuses" are a joke. 0.3% of qualified sales. Expectations are super high and generally unobtainable. Little to no support for managers.
