Pros
- The company had an incredible team of diverse creatives from around the world, which fostered an interesting and fun culture. All incredibly kind people, a pleasure to work with. Since leaving, many former coworkers are still friends and have helped me to find jobs since. - The working pace and expectations were very comfortable - we worked hard, sometimes put in late nights, but for the most part respected the design process as well as human decency. The work itself was wonderful - really unique clients and challenges. I'm proud of the work I did there! - Management was very accommodating of personal needs and lifestyles, and would take the time to listen.
Cons
- During my time the company underwent many changes, a location and name change, and well as many employees in rotation and various cuts. Not sure what the status is of the business now, but I know that at it's core is a great team of people. - Location in BK was great for me, but other people had problems with the long commute.
