Pros
I have been working with fishbat for a little over a year and I'm continually (and pleasantly) surprised by how much they truly care about their employees. We work at a fast pace and have full workloads but a lot of time and effort goes into making sure that the workload is balanced among the team, that no one is burned out, and that we all know we are appreciated. I've been in the advertising industry for over 20 years and this company has taken the "typical agency life" and transformed it into something much more sustainable. All of the creative fun but less of the unrealistic deadlines and chaos.
Cons
fishbat is frequently bringing on new clients, it requires being flexible and adapting/shifting on a regular basis which can come with hiccups.
