Pros

Nice offices, lots going on, bright people. Tons of clients and, for the right people, choices in how you wish to direct your career.

Cons

Everis (as they were then) talked a good game about inclusiveness, caring for employees, looking after mental health, having mentors for everyone. In reality, they pile the work on and you'd better get through it or else they'll be on you in a flash. I was given a job to do in an area where I had no experience. The client had no one to provide requirements(!), so I was told to use my experience in other areas to make best efforts. I was promised someone else in the organisation with the correct background would be found to assist, but none was found. The client was arsey if I asked for help with their requirements because "Everis are supposed to be the experts". Fair enough if that's what they were sold, but why am I carrying the can for their promises? But get on with it anyway. And pretend you're an expert in the field. But don't get it wrong! All the senior managers seem to have drunk the same Kool-aid: super thrilled with the dawn of every new day to go out and do stuff the Everis way, but it's all just empty. The mentor thing is a waste of everyone's time.
