Pros

Team mates are great. Office is modern. Free lunch’s for new team starting & birthday cakes each month. They have started to try and fix the lack of recognition for team by doing MVP awards late in 2024.

Cons

If you’re not in the click you’re not given much praise or opportunity to show value. The workload for the team is too much and not being addressed. Managers & senior leadership teams do not have enough time to address team concerns or ensure policy and procedures are updated. Employees Regularly not responded to by managers/senior leadership. Team members from multiple departments are being put on PIP’s for performance with no prior weekly, monthly or quarterly check in’s. Lack of clarity from team across the entire company if you are performing or not. Performance metrics are unclear or non-existent to team members. Lack of process and documentation for internal team, yet they are a learning company. Team help each other, managers/leadership are too busy to respond most of the time, let alone help. Zero online learning content created for clients on how to use the software, yet are a learning management system company. Constant jokes (including sexual references) that are inappropriate for a workplace and the senior managers laugh at the jokes, instead of shutting them down.

Pros

Hybrid, 2 days in office. Friendly people.

Cons

Lack of long term strategy and clear direction, leading to a highly reactive work environment. Always someone suddenly leaving / shown the door and restructures. Huge product gaps leading to customer frustration. A lack of board level accountability allows systemic leadership and strategic issues to persist unchecked.

Pros

Office space and location Birthday leave

Cons

Professional development and promotion opportunities can be heavily influenced by internal networks and relationships. Employees without strong connections may find career progression more challenging.
