company claims its shiftconnector solution can integrate multiple data sources seamlessly to create a single source of truth but that is false. It doesnt work, and no one customer it serves uses SC as a "single source of truth". Also that the company falsely claims it can drive optimization by improving OEE but all it really does is calculate OEE which anyone can really do without much training.
