Pros
Ok, TBH you will know exactly who I am from the title because there's only one person with it, lol. But, I'm still going to put this out here. =) The hours are tough, but the pay is decent for the area. I genuinely feel valued as an employee, which is a big change from the larger companies I've worked for in the past. Overall it's a really positive place to work. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. When things get tough, everyone chips in where needed to get the job done. It's also one of the few places I've worked in IT that values both Men and Women in their roles equally and helps both to succeed equally.
Cons
Literally the only con I can think of is that the benefits are expensive if you are married or have dependants. But it's the same situation everywhere these days so it's not just them. And honestly, I've seen higher rates at other places so they're still better than the few others I've seen.
