Flexible schedule allows you to work around traffic or other conflicts in your life as long as the customer needs are satisfied. You get to work closely with a small team, including the owner, where your voice is heard and your input is requested. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you are ambitious: I started as a temp for a big project and was brought on full time, and now I do consulting outside of the office with a big firm during the week along with my regular duties. I don't know what my co-workers earn, but I feel I am compensated well. The work can be challenging but it's often something different each day so the environment doesn't get stale. If you do well and work hard, it does not go unnoticed or unrewarded.

Putting the customer's needs before your own means occasional late night/early morning work, depending on the customer's schedule. Since it's a rather small team, you can be pulled in many directions at once which can be stressful, especially if clients are on site.

I have been working full time at enexdi for more than 8 years. This is a great company with great people. They offer good shift hours, great pay, friendly environment. During peak workloads, there are opportunities to get overtime if you wish. They promote having a good work / life balance. I’ve gained a lot of good experience and learned so much over the years. It’s a good company for new employees because they take the time to help you learn the industry and their procedures. Management looks out for everyone. You must really love what you do to and find motivation to go to work every day. Overall, I like going to work every day.
