Pros
Was given a ton of responsibility right off the bat. Being a small group and a "start-up" environment, they really expect a lot out of you and give you actual responsibilities. 4 weeks PTO is great, except that they don't tell you everyone has to take their 4 weeks PTO at the same, scheduled time.
Cons
This was honestly the worst company I've ever worked for in my life. It's more like a cult than a company. They even talk about drinking the kool-aid. There's no clear direction and management is very secretive by way of skirting around the answer when asking a question about the company or business practices. Work-life balance is absolutely non-existent -- my team worked 10-12 hours a day and we were constantly berated for not working hard/long enough. All of the positive reviews on here are written by someone on the customer service team. I would watch her writing them on a regular basis. Please don't believe they are real. Also, this platform is very likely a scam. Search reviews and testimonials for FanBox. This is the same company with the same problems. Pay is poor, no benefits, unreasonable expectations, terrible management. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this place.
