Pros
Used to be one of the best, sadly only finances are a priority to the detriment of culture.
Cons
Unfortunately directors were instructed to lower performance review scores of high performing managers to reduce the bonus that was payable. Bonuses are never paid in the company for one reason or another. Extreme staff turnover has destroyed the efficiency and soul of the company. Now the company only has people that the CEO has worked with in the past since all existing talent has left. Profit is the only priority with continuous rounds of redundancy, restricted growth and salary increases, and unethical work practices and expectations.
