Pros
- Good and understanding Managers, but they are also helpless as the CEO changes every now and then and they have no clue what to do too. - Good looking office - Great learning and training in the beginning, but that was a year ago. I have seen juniors and interns suffer because of no proper training.
Cons
- No work-life balance. (No fixed timings of work. Starts at 10 in the morning, you are supposed to leave only when your daily target is done. Sometimes it gets 10 at night.) - Targets are given on daily basis and are very unachievable and impractical. You don't do your target there is loss of pay. - Most dumb and idiotic HR s you can ever meet. They change the policies every day and the employees have no clue about it. To make their mistakes correct they change the policies and the CEO has no idea of it. - Salaries not given on time or will give half salary and tell its a loss of pay for coming late to office or for not doing the given targets. Will not inform these policies earlier. - Would hire and fire as they want. Firstly they said probation is for 3 months, then pushed it to 6 months. Then fired out of the blue even when are targets are achieved. - F&F will not be given after firing. - The management will make you feel guilty for taking a planned unpaid leave too. - The CEO changes policies every day. - No training provided to new batches. Freshers are expected to bring in revenue from Day 1 itself.
