Thanks for your note regarding meetings. Since we have been working remotely for over a year, we have received some feedback that meetings have increased due to the need for video. As you may know, we responded to that feedback recently by sending out some guidelines around reducing the number of meetings, participants, meeting notes, agendas and other changes that we hear have improved things. We will also continue to re-prioritize work and projects to ensure there is a balance between business needs and employee work life balance.
