This is the happiest I’ve ever been at a clinic. I am respected, trusted, and cared about past just being an employee. The doctors take time to teach us and EVERYONE gets along well. The insurance is great, work life balance is great, all around just a great place to be.

Can be really busy, but it makes time go quickly.

High pay, great benefits. For a reason.

High pay, great benefits because the owner is impossible to work for. Literally the most leacherous, low life I have ever encountered. He makes the environment the worst I've ever encountered. I was able to hold out for 11 months and during that time, 22 technicians left the company. When you have 20 employees across 3 locations, that is a significant amount of turnover. Don't let the compensation package lure you in. Terrible owner, terrible medicine, no training and toxic environment.
