The ratings trend explains it all. This used to be great company to work for. The new ITLT, are really clueless, providing no direction or strategy. Skilled IT staff are leaving in their hoards, especially in Service Delivery. Throughout easyJet the majority of management are long serving easyJet employees, promoted due to length of service rather than skill and capability. easyJet has not grown due to good management but due to demand. They are incapable of delivering projects within budget, specification or time. easyJet needs a massive shakeup to really be considered a ftse 100.
Benefits are very poor. Staff travel is never available on popular routes, or during school holidays, and on occasions more expensive than bookings outside of staff travel.
