      no Pros for this stupid Chinese company

      Cons

      1. A lot of overtime work but they do not pay overtime 2. People/Manager expect you to work 24hrs and always online for 7 days a week, which means you honestly do not have any weekends after you start this job 3. Company culture is really bad as well, that they are flexible time but if you leave early you would get a review or an impression of not hardworking. 4. The salary is really low, it is even lower than the salespeople in the retail industry. 5. People are not friendly and not caring at all.

      Pros

      Excellent management team that work hard and lead by example. It is a well-funded start-up with potential to grow quite rapidly and thus a good learning curve for beginners into the start-up trade.

      Cons

      A disruptor/startup in the property industry so it is easy to get caught up on work and not make time to get to know fellow colleagues.
