Pros

Work from home - huge pro! This role is a challenging position that never grows old. I am seriously constantly learning something new. The company was formed with Christian values at it's core, and it totally shows! The leadership at corporate have done an amazing job creating a friendly environment that is super supportive. While corporate does an amazing job having our back in all things, we also have a Facebook group that allows us to collaborate with one another, share our recent finds and new knowledge, and ask questions when we are facing something that is outside our personal knowledge base. We also have monthly webinars on various subjects, allowing us to get an even better handle on various aspects of our job. For me, personally, I am blown away by every aspect of my job - from how much we can see that corporate values us, to the amazing clients that I'm blessed to be serving, to the friendships that I have formed with my fellow VEA's.

Cons

The only con I can think of is actually due to the fact that I have chosen to serve three clients. I wouldn't trade it for the world, but it does, at times, get a little stressful. The right candidate for this role will need to be able to prioritize work flow well and meet demands with excellence, even when it is challenging.
