      Catered lunches, awesome work events

      Cons

      Lots of wasted time to make the company look fun, no room for growth, very few people last more than 2 years here as they are will look for reasons to get rid of you, unstable income.

      Pros

      Very supportive mentor environment. I got to do real work and lean a lot, even as an intern. They were also really flexible about scheduling.

      Cons

      I would have liked more time to meet with and ask questions of the people I was working with outside of direct job duties.
