      Tons of potential with this company and the pay was great.

      Cons

      They had a poor earnings report and panicked calling in a giant group of us without any warning and fired us all stating a restructure. This was 2 days after Glen Sanford told the entire company we are growing and thriving. My entire team was dismantled and by boss didn’t even know. Biggest blindside of my life.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
