Be Wary - Manager eToro Employee Review

I waited for a full year to write this review because I didn't want to jump to conclusions. Was hoping that the new CEO would turn around, but it's only gotten worse. A pure "fail up" culture where they promote and hire the under qualified and lazy. If you can "talk the talk" and not get any work done, this place is perfect for you. Very chaotic work environment over the last six months. Morale is non-existent and it feels like a rudderless ship. Marketing has only gotten more childish and immature since the disastrous Super Bowl ad.
