Pros
A very exciting place to work when the company first came out of the gates with a new and high value add approach that was unique in the industry. Good compensation, benefits average at best. Good work-life balance for some positions with work from home arrangements.
Cons
As company grew over the years, culture and mission became muddled. Lots of infighting among management and constant rumors among the rank and file. Performance reviews seem to only become important if they are looking to get rid of you.
