Pros
eQuip has great leadership, CEO has a giving heart...has paid me higher commissions because he said "you work hard and I appreciate what you do"!!, The position allows for freedom of schedule but discipline is required, your income has no limit, the harder you work the more you make, no micro-management, many other successful reps who are always willing to lend assistance, weekly trainings - this is voluntary, but many reps don't feel the need to use this training to become a better rep and hone their skills, satisfaction of providing our customers a superior way to liquidate equipment and get more revenue from the transaction...and best of all our product and marketing is free! no gimmicks, I can be 100% honest, which in sales is not very commonplace. I can go on and on but this position is very rewarding financially but best of all I can earn a great income and I never miss any of my kids birthdays, holidays, or special events because my job prevents it. If you are a good salesperson and have a good work ethic, you will LOVE this position!
Cons
I have been with the company a few years and the company has grown leaps and bounds, initially the training was a little slim and it took me a few months to get going, but now the company has tons of training held weekly, fellow reps available to give pointers, and lots of references of happy customers.....so presently I can't think of any cons, if we had a set salary we could never reach whatever income goals each of us may have, I love this commission stucture
