      The work was basically remote and there was always work to do

      Cons

      Very racist company to work for. If you are not Indian I would stay away. When you do work in office and even remote you are automatically segregated if you are not Indian which made it a very uncomfortable environment to work in.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with via phone and Skype as you work remotely. Make your own hours as long as you meet deadline.

      Cons

      Wished freelance work was more steady. There were months where no projects were assigned.
