Pros
Competitive salary and optimistic bonus structure - for all employees. Everyone has the chance to contribute ideas, not just grunt work. Small enough where you know what everyone is responsible for. Good place for self-motivated people. Uses latest technology, even won awards from Microsoft for solutions. Included new app at Windows 8 launch, promoted by Microsoft.
Cons
Work/life balance suffers during crunch periods (often), working through nights and weekends sometimes to meet deadlines. Lack of training opportunities (forget any conference that isn't for sales and marketing). Could use more staff for the amount of work (because business is kicking butt)
