1. 5-day working schedule, providing weekends off. 2. One-time meal provided during the shift. 3. International holidays observed, which align with the client's location. 4. Occasional appraisals, though these are rare.

Cons

1. Salary offered was lower than what was initially promised during the hiring process, which felt deceptive. 2. 10-hour shifts, often extended beyond the scheduled time, despite promises of a better work-life balance. 3. Heavy workload with unrealistic expectations. 4. Instead of providing incentives, the company increases targets, making it harder to achieve bonuses. 5. Team Leads are unsupportive, adding to the stress of the job. 6. Poor management with little regard for employee welfare. 7. No job security; employees can be fired at any time, though a two-month salary is provided in such cases, which I still consider a negative point. 8. Inadequate training with a lack of clarity, leading to confusion and mistakes. 9. Non-voice process employees are neglected, with no dedicated manager and no support from voice process managers. 10. No growth opportunities within the company, leading to career stagnation. 11. Office politics create a toxic work environment. 12. Non-voice employees are excluded from "Fun Friday" activities. 13. No Indian holidays observed, as the focus is on international clients. 14. While sick leave, casual leave, and earned leave are theoretically provided, they are nearly impossible to take. For example, you must inform a week in advance if you’ll be sick, and taking leave on a Monday often results in a memo. 15. Memos are issued even for genuine reasons for taking leave, creating unnecessary stress. 16. No briefings or updates on work, leaving employees in the dark about important information. 17. Lack of performance appreciation, leading to a demotivated workforce. 18. High tolerance for issues without resolution, making it difficult for employees to voice concerns. 19. Employees are often made fun of, creating an uncomfortable work environment. 20. Training is provided under pressure, causing employees to lose confidence and hesitate to seek help from seniors. 21. The non-voice process environment is not safe for women, adding to the concerns about workplace safety. 22. Team Leaders display ego and arrogance, further worsening the work atmosphere.
