Great company culture, rarely is there anyone busting down developers doors asking for things to be done right now. Competitive pay and bonuses. Pretty good promotion structure
Cons
Innovation is hard here for some reasons. A lot of focus is put on "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach, but managers / directors sometimes fail to realize that some systems will break later if we don't invest time in them now. Lot of confusion around future plans
