Cons
Sometimes it's the end of your working day and you are in the middle of something. If you choose to work extra hours, it's entirely up to you, and nobody is pushing you to do that. It depends how you will be happy with yourself if you miss the opportunity to show something more, show by example, and complete piece of work you have started.
