Pros
The only positive aspect of this company was that they managed to hire competent and professional individuals for the Vilnius office. The colleagues were truly the only highlight of this job.
Cons
- Constant, negative changes and poor communication, leading to frequent information breakdowns. - Unfulfilled promises and gaslighting following confrontations. - Unprofessional conduct and decisions made behind employees’ backs. - The co-founder is overly involved, micromanaging to the point of overriding employees' decisions and strategies, preventing you from exercising the autonomy you were hired for. - Despite the company being based in Europe, there's an "unwritten rule" that upper management expects you to respond to messages and attend meetings outside of regular working hours, claiming it’s a "sacrifice for the company’s well-being." - Exit interviews and feedback are pointless, as they are neither acknowledged nor acted upon.
